Best Practice Recommendations

Audio Quality

Use clear recordings and avoid background noise. It is recommended to record in a quiet environment using a quality microphone. If audio quality is poor, it may affect recognition and translation accuracy.

Speaking Speed

Maintain a natural speaking speed, not too fast or too slow. Clear pronunciation and appropriate pauses help improve recognition accuracy. If the speaker has a heavy accent, it is recommended to slow down.

File Format

It is recommended to use MP3 or WAV format, which have the best compatibility. Ensure file size does not exceed 50MB. If the file is too large, it is recommended to compress or segment it first.

Credit Management

Plan credit usage reasonably and prioritize translating important audio. New users have 500 free credits, which can translate about 8 minutes of audio. If you need more credits, you can recharge through the credit purchase page.

Practical Tips

  • Batch Processing: If you need to translate multiple audio files, you can upload them one by one, and the system will process them in order. All tasks will be saved in the translation history for unified management.
  • Subtitle Viewing: After translation is complete, you can view the original and translated subtitles to confirm translation accuracy. If errors are found, you can re-upload and adjust parameters.
  • History Records: All translation tasks are saved in your account and can be viewed, played, or downloaded at any time. It is recommended to regularly clean up unnecessary history records to save storage space.
  • Multilingual Versions: The same audio can be translated into multiple languages, just create multiple translation tasks. This allows you to quickly generate multilingual versions of content.
