Terms of Service

2.1 Service Content

The Platform provides AI-based speech translation services, including but not limited to:

• Speech recognition and transcription of audio files
• Multilingual text translation
• Speech synthesis preserving original voice characteristics
• Translation history management
• Credit system and paid services

2.2 Service Scope

• Supported audio formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG
• Maximum file size: 50MB
• Supported languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese
• Translation quality powered by Azure AI Speech Services

2.3 Service Modifications and Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any loss caused to you or any third party due to service modification, suspension, or termination.

3.1 Account Registration

• You need to log in via Google OAuth to use the Service
• You warrant that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete
• Each Google account can only register one Platform account

3.2 Account Security

• You should properly protect your Google account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities occurred under your account
• Please notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss caused by your failure to secure your account

3.3 Account Termination

If you violate these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete all your data without prior notice or liability.

4.1 Credit Rules

• New users receive 500 free credits upon registration
• 1 credit = 1 second of translation duration
• Credits are deducted immediately upon use and are non-refundable
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

4.2 Paid Services

• We offer credit top-up packages for purchase
• All prices are in CNY
• Credits will be automatically added to your account after successful payment
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once credited

4.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. If credits are deducted incorrectly due to service failure, please contact our support team, and we will restore the corresponding credits after verification.

5.1 Prohibited Acts

When using the Service, you shall not:

• Upload audio containing illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, hate speech, or other unlawful content
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Abuse the Service for large-scale commercial use without our written permission
• Attempt to hack, interfere with, or damage the normal operation of the Service
• Use automated tools (such as bots) to abuse the Service
• Access others' accounts or data without authorization
• Spread viruses, malware, or other harmful code

5.2 Content Review

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, or delete any content that we believe violates these Terms or may cause legal liability to us or otherusers.

5.3 Violation Handling

If you are found to valid these Terms, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to warning, functional restriction, service suspension, account termination, and pursuing legal liability.

6.1 Platform IP

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, software, code, interface design, trademarks, and LOGOs, is owned by the Platform or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.

6.2 User Content

Regarding audio content you upload:

• You retain all rights to the original audio
• You grant us necessary license to use the content to provide translation services
• Translated audio and text belong to you
• We will not use your content for purposes other than providing the service

6.3 Third-Party Technologies

The Service uses third-party technologies such as Azure AI Speech Services and Google OAuth. The intellectual property rights of these technologies belong to their respective third parties.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the Service, maximizing prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, but it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

11.4 Modification

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page with the last updated date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
